Dear valued business partners and colleagues, Our long-standing managing director of UAFL and Eastbourne Maritime Trading (EMT), Michael McKeown, has decided to move back to Mauritius and retire from his position by end of 2024. The group management thanks him for his strong personal commitment and his contribution to the growth of UAFL and the group over the past years. We are happy, that he agreed to stay connected to the group as a consultant focusing on trading activities. Please note that Mr. Mohamed Atallah re-joined UAFL and will take over the newly created position as General Manager of UAFL DMCC, being located in Dubai. Mohamed had been with UAFL for more than five years in a position as a trade manager before acquiring additional experience managing a logistics start-up in Saudi Arabia. Over the coming weeks, Michael will hand over activities and responsibilities to Mohamed.
